New Policy Regarding Failing Scores

My job as a teacher is to ensure that students understand the material we are covering in class.  Sometimes this takes a little practice.  To make sure that students are understanding the material, I have a new policy regarding scores lower than a C.  Please see the attached document for details.

I WILL NOT LET KIDS BE CONTENT TO FAIL AND NOT LEARN THE MATERIAL.
